Hello, I saw the movie "Bella" today and was very moved by it. I am telling my friends and family that they also should see it. I saw Eduardo on the EWTN being interviewed and was very inspired by his story. It made me think about the life I have lived so far and how I still can make a difference in my life and many other's lives. I hope Eduardo continues to make such inspiring movies and also continues to do such interviews which I am sure will make others think about what is really important in life. Thank you very much. Sincerely.

Hey Eduardo, I don’t know who should I refer to, but I guess both, Verastegui and Garcia Gimenez. Today is October 25th 2007 and I just heard you both on the radio (Christian Station) on the Family Life program . I was totally shocked when I heard you joined the flock , the Flock of The KING! Praise the Lord. I am amazed on how He, by his mercy and love has brought you to Him. The moment the radio program ended I prayed for you E. Verastegui and for the partners you had in the movie Bella. I can express the joy I feel to know there is among all the –Mexican soap opera actors and actresses- someone that can truly talk about his Wonders and continue to be Faithfull.. which is the key of walking with the Lord. P.S. *Nublado, yes, Cloudy… that’s what all people see before their eyes when The Light has not been revealed to them. Praise God you have!!!!!!!!!

Hello Eduardo, I just saw your web site because a friend of mine told me that you gave your testimony encounter in Atlanta. Right now I am working as a Coworker in France and we are organising a camp for young girls that will take place next week in Paris. We are going to use your testimony to show the girls how catholic people can do something great with their talents in the world of the cinema and fashion. I was amazed by your testimony and it really gives hope, because as I am german I don't really know a lot of german actors who are catholic. As you might know Germany is one of the countries where faith is loosing its importance more and more. Thank you for your testimony I wish you all the best for your future Best regards and count on my prayers for you and your work.

Mr. Verastegui, It is with great joy and pride that I write to you, even if it is through the guest book on your website. I write you because I just watched the movie 'Bella.' I write because I am a Catholic Brother with the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate, and for some time now I have worked on pro-life issues in numerous parishes, schools and other venues. I write because after having watched the movie, I believe that our work is fortified through efforts such as the one which you and other Catholics have put forth. Thank you for everything you do, and may God bless you always. May our Blessed Mother also be in inspiration in all that you do. Know that you are in my humble prayers. In Christ and Mary Immaculate.

I was moved by the interview Mr. Eduardo Verastegui gave today on "Focus on the Family". At the end of my work day, I went straight to the theater to see "Bella." Mr. Verastegui is an answer to my prayers. His portrayal of HIspanic men in such a positive light makes me hopeful. Que Dios lo bendiga.

Eduardo: Last week my nephew went to a retreat for the young, he is 15 years old, the event was at the sports arena, and he did not want to go but his mom made him go. The first day he did not want to come back for the last day but at the end of Saturday he decided to go back on Sunday something that he heard in there made him changed his mind. Do you know what they told them to do? I don’t know if you already know about this but they told them to go and see “Bella”. I saw him today and he has changed from the last time, before he didn’t talk to me much; when he turned a teen he stop talking to me and I missed my little baby that I played with. Today he was very exited about going to the movie theater to see Bella as well as a lot kids that attended the retreat last week

Hi Eduardo, My name is Ahdazsa, I am 22 and this past weekend my Mom and I listened and watched your interview on Family Life Today. I just wanted to let you know what a great and inspirational message you shared; I think you have a wonderful testimony. After listening to the broadcast I think my Mom told just about everyone at church to go see "Bella" I don't mean to take up much of your time, I just wanted to let you know that your message of humility, persistence and love for one another is spreading and I hope to help by showing the same compassion around my small college. Thank you. God Bless.

I was sitting at home with my mother flipping through the channels this past week and my mom insisted I leave in on Don Francisco’s show, I’m not sure of the name, but it’s the one were he interview’s celebrities. Honestly I don’t really watch any of the Spanish channels unless my parents insist. Both of my parents are Spanish speaking and although I am fairly fluent in the language, I have to admit I don’t really watch TV in Spanish. Anyways back to the story, I was indeed watching Don Francisco with my mom and Eduardo happen to be a guest on the show that day. I did know who he was, but it was a very superficial impression. I had never seen him in an interview. I remember him from Chasing Pappi, although I’ve never seen the movie, I’d heard about it. My impression of him was very general. Handsome young Mexican artist who was trying to make his way through Hollywood. I was very touched by his interview. I am catholic and when I heard Don Francisco mention his religion to Eduardo, it caught my attention. He left me with my mouth open, literally. I didn’t think guys like him existed anymore. I am 27 years old, catholic and single and it is the hardest thing in the world. I have very strong morals and values and find it harder and harder to fit in to society as I get older. As I’ve gotten older I’ve felt like all men see is my face, my body….my looks. I’ve felt like all this time that I have worked so hard to maintain my morals and values, has been for nothing. I always wanted true love, romance….but it seems that all that men care about it who they can get into bed faster and if you give them even a little bit of a challenge they just blow you off for someone who is “less of a challenge”. I just feel that men don’t appreciate women with morals and values anymore. No matter how pretty you are, there is always someone just as pretty or prettier who is willing to give them what they want faster. I came to a point in my life where l honestly felt like I was the one that needed to change, and I did. Because of this I have been through some very difficult times in my life, some things I wish I had never gone through, but I guess I had to go through that to realize that wasn’t the answer. I guess the good thing is that God has always saved me from my own mistakes, and for that I feel very lucky and infinitely grateful. And although He is still putting me through some pretty hard tests, I know He will lead way. After hearing Eduardo, how he has chose to turn his life around and how he has managed to stand his ground, I feel like I’m not alone. It’s comforting to know that men like him still exist and hopefully one day God will put one in my path. To Eduardo, if you ever read this, you are a diamond in the rocks, and although you may never really know how many lives you have touched, one is for sure…mine. God bless you and may He keep his stars shinning down on you always.

Hi Eduardo V, I just wanted to personally thank you for your wonderful performance in Bella! I am a new fan, though I'm not a fan because of your striking good looks, but because of your heart and conversion to God. I was so moved in watching Bella because of its depth and incredibly powerful message about Life, Love and the value of Family. I think this type of depth and beauty could only come across through a cast and crew devoted to a Higher calling and that is evident from what I've seen in you and your amigos. Praise God! I loved seeing the transformation in your character, Jose, move from a self-centered view causing him to be distracted and take an innocent life; to the Jose who became selfless and caring, causing him to save an innocent life!! It is the same plight for all of us, when we are self-centered, we lose focus on what is really important. I pray that you star in more films such as this to move the hearts of society, despite whatever mixed reviews you may receive. Afterall, the world is a corrupted place. If you received good reviews from all critics, including those who have become corrupted themselves, there would be something wrong with that picture. God bless you and keep you and your comrads now and always. En Christo, Laurie Kalff

Hello Eduardo. I saw you on The O'Reily Factor Friday evening and had to write you and say how impressed I was with you. I saw a very sincere person talking about good. How refreshing. I have never seen eyes with such purity. There is no doubt in my mind that you are a good person. I hope your movie Bella is distributed here in the United States. God knows we need more movies like yours, and people like you. Anyway, good luck with your movie, and please pray for me, ok? God bless you, P.S. Don't let Hollywood get to you.

First I’d like to say what a great friend you have to spend so much time and energy to create your website for you. So, thank you Eduardo García Giménez for providing people with a multitude of information. It’s rare to see a website that is not only devoted to a celebrity, but also has so much mention of their friends and family. Now days most things you read or hear about celebrities and their families is when they are fighting or are at odds with each other so it’s nice to see one that seem so close knit. It’s also great to see the spiritual side of an individual. In today’s society we’re filled with so much hatred, loose morals, low family values and a greed to have it all that many have forgotten where we come from and why we were given this brief time on earth. It’s good to see that not everyone has and I appreciate it being included in the website.
